[001] performance issues

- Is Patched Wine installed?

- Have you tried switching the renderer?

- What Wine version are you on? Try downgrading it.

- Are your graphics drivers properly installed?

- If you have enabled Voice Chat, try disabling it

- Attempt to use a new installation method (e.g. flatpak, source, package)

[002] graphical issues

- Is Patched Wine installed?

- Have you tried switching the renderer?

- Are your graphics drivers properly installed?

- Change renderers

- Your hardware

[003] mouse locking issues

- Attempt using Patched Wine.

- Switch to X.org, Wayland is known for having these issues. there's no known day when it'll be resolved.

[004] studio issues

Reminder: Studio is a 50/50, it may not launch.

- Studio Graphical Issue: Use OpenGL

- Hit or miss fix: Remove Patched Wine.

- Users say the Flatpak Grapejuice has Studio working better than any other installation method.

- The Login Issue is different for others, it seems.

[005] finalizing

Before asking a question, we'll require some info...

- What Linux Distribution are you using?

- Graphics card (e.g, nVidia, AMD, Intel)

- Wine version (run wine --version to check yours.)

- Installation method (e.g, flatpak, source, package)

- Attempt to use a new installation method (e.g. flatpak, source, package)

- Do not screenshot error messages, copy and paste them in your thread instead.

When your question is solved...

- Close your post by right clicking and pressing "Close post".

- It'd be great if you could also add (SOLVED) to the title of your thread post, others with the same problem could fix theirs.

[006] in depth troubleshooting

'Roblox executable could not be found!' or 'A valid wine binary could not be found' or 'Wine Home path is invalid or doesnt exist' or Error 268

- This means that you do not have Wine installed or that your version of Wine does not function correctly. See Install Wine. Otherwise make sure you have Roblox installed.

Roblox has lots of bloom

- Use a different renderer, such as DX11 + DXVK

Voice Chat not working

- To use voice chat, you need to use Pipewire with pipewire-pulse.

Desktop application is being used

- This is part of the app beta. If you'd like to opt-out, go to the Grapejuice UI, go to the Player wineprefix, and disable “Desktop App”.

Game is slow or laggy/not enough FPS

- See Installing Graphics Libraries, or Performance Tweaks

Built-in screen recorder doesn't work

- First off, you should just use OBS.. but if you really want it:

Roblox crashes with custom FFlags

- Reset the FFlags you had set back to their normal state and see if it's reproducible, otherwise open a new issue.

Your computer's graphics card is not compatible with Roblox's minimum system requirements

- Roblox isn't detecting your GPU drivers. See Installing Graphics Libraries

[
007] certain distro fixes

Debian/Ubuntu-based distributions (Pop!_OS, Linux Mint, etc.)

If you are using an NVIDIA GPU with the proprietary driver, you have to remove mesa-vulkan-drivers if you intend to run Roblox with DXVK. Mesa's Vulkan implementation will conflict with NVIDIA's, and will always result in a white screen when trying to launch Roblox unless the package in question is removed from the system.

Arch-based distributions (Artix, Manjaro, EndeavourOS, etc.)

If you're experiencing low FPS, compile mesa-git and lib32-mesa-git.
